How I stay active !

Hey! Today I want to talk about staying ACTIVE.  I can't even stress how important it is to stay active during the day! To be honest, a couple years ago, whenever anybody would bring up the subject of exercising, I didn't even want to listen! But as soon as I started to do simple things to keep my body moving, I learned to LOVE it!
Remember: Exercising doesn't mean you have to go and workout for 5 hours at the gym!

Tip 1) Find something that you love to do that keeps you'r body moving. It can be as simple as dancing, riding you'r bike, yoga, ect..) By doing what you like, that's active, it illuminates the feeling of  hatred toward working out haha.

Tip 2) Connect with people over social media! You will not believe motivating this is ! Seeing what people are doing to stay active around the world is so motivating!

Tip 3) Find people who inspire you to keep going, and not just give up! It wasn't up until I found Blogilates that I actually started to exercise  and stay active on a regular basis. Why? Her personality, and love for fitness is so motivating ! She inspires you to live a healthier life style , and makes working out fun!

Tip 4) STOP WAITING FOR THE PERFECT CONDITIONS! If you're constantly waiting for the perfect weather, perfect time, YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO GET ANYTHING DONE! ok. Now I feel a like a hypocrite because I'm always looking for excuses to not so something! But, I will try my hardest to stop because seriously it's kinda bad haha.

So that it! Hope this was helpful! Bye(:

Shopping on a budget : My advice + tips

So the holiday season is basically over now and a lot of us are like, broke! Here are some tips that i have accumulated over the years help me shop on a tight budget.
So I have this list. I call It my "Budget shopping rules" list. I know it may sound a little weird , but these rules actually work! Basically, I take a look at this list before I purchase ANY clothing item. Take a look!
_______________________________

Budget shopping rules:
     --------------
- LOOK at the price.
- WHERE will I wear this?
- HOW will i where this?
- Do  I already have something like this?
- Do I really need this?
____________________________________

Lets talk more in depth about the list. Looking at the price, for me, is the most awful part about shopping because nowadays, everything is super expensive, and sometimes over priced. So before you even decide if you like something or not, check the price. If you know its more than you can allow yourself to spend, it's OK. You'll find something better!
-
A big mistake I used to make is, I would buy something, but then it would sit in my closet for months at a time without being worn. When you're trying on the clothes, really think about WHERE you will wear the item. (ex: school, church, home, party , ect..)
-
Along with deciding where you will wear the item, think about HOW you are going to where it. Sometimes, I will get a shirt or something, and I like it, but soon I realize that I don't have anything that would look good with that shirt. And it sucks ! So think about HOW you are going to wear that clothing item.
-
It's nice to have a variety of clothes to choose from so before purchasing something, ask yourself if you already have something like this. That because, If you buy a cardigan, and you already have like 15 other cardigans just like that, you wont have much variety in you closet.
-
And finally, ask yourself if you REALLY , ACTUALLY need that clothing item.In my opinion this question is the most important. It really decreases the amount of unworn, unneeded clothes in your wardrobe. It also saves you a lot of money when shopping. If you're just buying the item because it cute, or inexpensive, and you dont actually need it, it's unnecessary!

So that's pretty much it! This list helps me so much, and I hope it will help you too! Good luck shopping! (;

New Years Resolutions: Are they realistic ?

So with the new year right around the corner, alot of us are coming up with New year resolutions. I have started coming up with them about three years ago, clueless, and new to it all . Now In my opinion, people don't think enough about their resolutions for the new year. People set unrealistic goals, and when they don't reach them, they bring themselves down. And I know this because the same thing happened to me, multiple times, and it was no fun. There is a big difference between having a resolution, and a GOAL. A resolution is something that you can basically change right away and start or stop. A goal, is something that requires a lot more effort, passion, and time. For example, a resolution that i have is to drink a lot more water during the day. Again, this is simple, and i can just do it as a change, and it doesn't require much effort. I can easily make that a goal by setting a certain amount that i should drink everyday, ex: 2 bottles of water p/ day. This is where being realistic with your goals and resolutions comes into place. You need to know, if you are capable of starting and maintaining this through out the ENTIRE year. If not, then think a little deeper about that goal/resolution and decide if you really are passionate about it.

REVIEW: Wet n' Wild - Walking on Eggshells - eye shadow trio

So today, I want to review the Wet n' wild- Walking on Egg shells - eye shadow trio. As you can see, this pallet has a warm beige-y color on top to wear on the brow bone, a chocolate brown color to wear in the crease, and a super shimmery pink eyelid tone.

First of all, this pallet is so LEGIT. For the price, which was very inexpensive by the way, this pallet has great color payoff.  I love how for all three colors, it shows what part of the eye you put it on.

Being someone, who doesn't wear a ton of eye makeup, this pallet worked great because it has calm, girly, natural colors. Speaking of the colors, it was so easy , to pull off a warm, girly smokey eye that isn't too dramatic. The pallet itself, is a little shimmery, so if you don't like shimmer in your eye shadow, you might not like it as much. Also , to get the most out of the color, I recommend you wear a primer underneath.

So that's it for my review! I hope this was helpful (: If you have this pallet, what do you think of it?

~Best Books I'v read so far ~

Hey guys! So today I want share with you some of my favorite books that I have read so far. I'm not much of a book worm, but once in a while I'll find something amazing. Here are my top reads!

So this was a total no-brainer! This book. Its amazing!
There was absolutely no part that I thought may have been better. Cheryl did an amazing job of letting us the readers experience the happiness, joy, pain, and grief of her experience .

BOOK SUMMARY: Cheryl strayed
discribes her 1,100 mile hike on the
Pacific Crest Trail in a journey of self discovery.

If your into adventure, a little romance, betrayal, and  heartbreak, you will LOVE this book.

OK. I have literally read this book at least 5 times. This books' genre is fantasy, and i typically don't like Fantasy type books but this book was so intriguing ! I was a little surprised when i found out that this book was written in the 80's !

BOOK SUMMARY: Nore arrives at her step mother's  house with her father , to find a family odd and filled with evil and mystery about them, and the place.
THIS BOOK GAVE ME CREEPS.

If your into suspense, mystery, and fantasy, this book is perfect for you!

I love books that are written from the persons point of view! It feels like your crawling in someone brain haha (; I also love realistic fiction books. And a mix of both make the perfect book! Trish Doller did and amazing job of showing us the crazy, but perfect life of Callie.

BOOK SUMMARY: So basically its about a girl named Callie who was kidnapped by her own mother and has been living on- the- go with her for years. When her mom is finally arrested for kidnapping her, (i know, weird.) her real dad takes her back to his new family. Callie has a hard time adjusting . But she must learn to be part of the family.

This book is funny, so stereo typical, but original , and of course a little sad at times. If you like reading about romance,  betrayal, and just life in general, this book is for you!
